What happens if I have a damage claim?

In the unlikely event you have a claim for shortage or damage, you must file a claim with ShipNorthAmerica detailing your loss or damage along with supporting documents. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours. Please notate any damage or shortages clearly on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign the bill.
